📥 AFTER PURCHASE – INSTALLATION PROCESS & REQUIREMENTS

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download the necessary installation file(s).

➡️ Please follow these steps:

  1. Download the file(s) to your desktop.
  2. Once the download is complete, reply to the same email that sent you the link, stating that you have the files ready and would like to schedule your installation.

🖥 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • Windows 10 Home/Pro or Windows 11 is REQUIRED for 95% of the programs.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We are not responsible for reconfiguring or rebuilding your entire operating system.
  • We will attempt basic fixes for missing or corrupted Windows files as a courtesy.
  • If your system has deeper issues, you may be offered a refund until those problems are resolved.

💻 All installations and repairs are performed using AnyDesk.


🔒 LICENSE & TRANSFER POLICY

If you’re unfamiliar with how software licensing works:

  • You cannot move a program to another computer without the original installation files.
  • Even if you have the files, a new license must be purchased for a different machine.

🚫 THE “NOT TO DO” LIST – READ BEFORE INSTALLATION 🚫

  1. DO NOT manually update the BIOS.
  2. Make sure automatic BIOS updates are DISABLED.
    • Updating the BIOS changes your Hardware ID (HWID), which will break the license and deactivate your software.
  3. License repair due to BIOS updates, hardware failure, or hardware changes will incur a service fee.
  4. One purchase = One install on one PC or laptop.
  5. LEAVE YOUR FIREWALL ON unless we tell you otherwise.
    • Programs like Service Ranger, ESA, HINO, and E-ETECH must be blocked through the firewall for proper operation.
    • Turning off the firewall unnecessarily can cause activation or functionality issues.
    • 90% of problems are caused by Windows Defender mistakenly removing files—keep your firewall on to help prevent this.

Extract the file to your desktop. Double click and run anydesk. Once that AnyDesk is open 

Click on install AnyDesk on this computer

Make sure that you have the boxes checked like the image shown below.

Click Accept and install. 

Click on the new connection at the top tab, then click on the set password for unattended 

Access.

CHECK THE BOX  

Then you will get a popup windows asking you to make a password 

Make the password qwerty12@!

Then email us the ID shown in the box above where it says set password. 

Then we will just need the number that is above where it says set an unattended password.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ⚠️

  1. Do NOT manually update the BIOS.
  2. Disable automatic Windows and BIOS updates if they are enabled.
    • Updating the BIOS can change your HWID (Hardware ID), which will cause the license to stop working.
  3. License reactivation due to BIOS/Windows updates or hardware failure/replacement will incur a service fee.
    • It does not matter if it has been 2 days or 6 months—if you update your Windows OS and it breaks your activation, you will be required to pay to have it repaired.
  4. One purchase equals one installation.
  5. We may log your hardware serial numbers.
    • 99.9% of the programs are locked to the hardware they are installed on, which prevents unauthorized cloning.
  6. No repairs or support will be provided unless payment has been made for that specific service.
    • If you purchase one program and request assistance with a different one during a remote session, additional payment will be required.
