BEFORE PURCHASING READ THIS ( REVISED 10/2024 )

  1. Once you have made your purchase you will be email a link for the file(s) that you need to download for the installation(s)! Download the file(s) to your desktop! Then after you have downloaded the files to your desktop, simply reply to the email that you received your link from and state that you have the files downloaded and you would like setup a time for your installation(s)
  2. WINDOWS 10 HOME/PRO or WINDOWS 11 IS A MUST FOR 95% OF THESE PROGRAMS!! ALONG WITH BEING UP TO DATE WITH YOUR WINDOWS UPDATES. 
  3. WE ARE NOT HERE TO RECONFIGURE YOUR WHOLE OS. WE WILL TRY TO AN EXTENT TO REPAIR/REPLACE MISSING WINDOWS FILES. AFTER THAT YOU WILL BE ASKED IF YOU WANT A REFUND UNTIL YOU GET YOUR OS PROBLEMS RESOLVED. 
  4. WE USE ANYDESK FOR ALL INSTALLS OR REPAIRS!!!

The not to do’s!

1) DO NOT MANUALLY UPDATE THE BIOS. 

2) IT IS ALSO NECESSARY TO DISABLE AUTOMATIC BIOS UPDATES IF IT IS ENABLED. 

AFTER UPDATING THE BIOS, THE HWID CHANGES AND THE LICENSE STOPS WORKING. 

3) FIXING THE LICENSE IN THE EVENT OF UPDATING THE BIOS VERSION OR CHANGED/FAILED HARDWARE WILL BE CHARGED.

4) ONE PURCHASE MEANS ONE INSTALL ON ONE PC/LAPTOP

5)LEAVE THE DARN FIREWALL ON UNLESS WE SAY TO TURN IT OFF!! SERVICE RANGER, ESA, HINO, E-ETECH ALL NEED TO BE BLOCKED IN THE FIREWALL AND THE FIREWALL MUST STAY ON!

90% of the time it is caused by Microsoft’s built Windows defender removing the file. 

EMAILS WITH THE LINKS ARE NORMALLY SENT WITHIN THE HOUR, UNLESS IT’S LATE IN THE EVENING OR EARLY IN THE MORNING.OUR CURRENT TIME IS POSTED ON THE UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER OF THE WEBSITE.

DUE TO THE RECENT UPDATES WITH TEAMVIEWER, WE CAN’T STAY LOGGED ON LONG ENOUGH TO COMPLETE ANY INSTALLATIONS. WE WILL NO LONGER BE USING IT FOR ANY INSTALLATIONS.

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO INSTALL ANYDESK. .

Download ANYDESK from our mega account here —-> CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD ANYDESK

Extract the file to your desktop. Double click and run anydesk. Once that AnyDesk is open 

Click on install AnyDesk on this computer

.

Make sure that you have the boxes checked like the image shown below.

Click Accept and install. 

Click on the new connection at the top tab, then click on the set password for unattended 

Access.

CHECK THE BOX  

Then you will get a popup windows asking you to make a password 

MAKE A PASSWORD AND BE SURE TO SEND IT WITH THE NUMBER THAT WE NEED TO REMOTE IN!!

Then email us the ID shown in the box above where it says set password. 

Then we will just need the numbers that is above where it says set an unattended password
